High end Garden Centers and “bag delivery” retailers sell composted premium soil at nearly $175 per cubic yard. Buy in bulk from us. We make more sense unless you need a very small amount of topsoil.
General-purpose TOPSOIL:
Our Triple Screened Topsoil is screened to 3/8" pebble and is a sandy-loam consistency. It has not been amended and consists of Sand, Silt, Clay and a trace of organic material. It is a good neutral base for your project. .
Our Millcreek Triple Screened Topsoil is priced by the dump truck in load quantities of 4 to 20 cubic yards.

Our Millcreek Premium Blend Soil perfect for gardens, under new sod and planting areas, or just to spread across your entire landscape to provide a 2-4" layer of organic-rich soil. We mix our premium screened topsoil 50/50 with aged organic compost to enhance structure and fertility, especially effective in regions with sandy or clay soils like Utah.

Delivery Overview:
Delivery of up to 20 yards per load in Salt Lake County. Add $50 for Utah/Davis County or Aves above 3rd in SLC.
We accept Cash, PayPal, Venmo, & Credit Cards as forms of payment.
We can deliver 7 days a week and extended hours during the spring and summer.
We can deliver less than 20 yards but due to the cost of delivery in a semi-tractor dump truck we have to cover a minimum deliver cost. We don’t match prices or discount our soil because the preparation and delivery is already discounted for the quality product we deliver.
